Indonesia in 2015 - Ready?

How many people are now can be seen living themselves not really happy, having their houses next to the river? How many people are now having the willingness to encourage others to be much more independent person? Do we realize that we are right now sitting in a critical condition? Let’s see, even Jakarta, as a capital and biggest city in Indonesia are still have Its people are begging for food and children’s shelter. We should look at deeper and more intensive on what’s now happening with our country. Don’t you also want to ask, “how are you, Indonesian economics nowadays?”

It’s here, in our country we can see how far the gap between one people with others. Those who have become a very reach are trying to get reacher. And inversely, those who even don’t know what to eat tomorrow get themselves poorer. How corrupt our country is! People are now stalking their mind be a single-living person. We can see how many people compete to build the tallest tower in a city without concerning the poor who live nearby. People start to think how to create a self-wealthy for their own. Do you know why this all occurs among us?

Let’s check what our governments have done. KPK in Indonesia has been formed as one of the tools to decrease the number of corruptors. In fact, can we see, Indonesia even contributes itself to be the one of most corrupted country in the world. Don’t you feel ashamed standing here, looking at your incapable government taking care of our nations? If I were you all, I will not get myself static. Take a move sooner, make a discussion what should Indonesian young generations now should do, how to minimize the improsperity in our country made by corrupted system that sustains until now, and don’t get yourself only judging badly on governments have done. It’s now the time for us, Indonesian young generations, to take actions to save our children and our children’s children from suffering of a problems nowadays like we have.

Remember that in 2015, Indonesia will also contribute to be one of the country which plays the roles in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). It needs so much preparation from the government, the country system and the people. You can imagine what Indonesia will be if we are still not ready facing foreigners moving freely among us. Indonesia will follow the money-operation-system made by ASEAN countries. What if we’ll get back to the colonialism life in 1940’s? We will see people do the monopoly in every way, especially in economic way. Don’t you ever feel afraid like me? Do you think you have been ready facing Indonesia, your beloved country, in 2015?

Indonesian young generations-They are now a hope of our Indonesia. Start with something little thing like upgrading ourselves in English capacity. Have we spoken English clearly and fluently? Have we be able to communicate our knowledge with others? Other example may be taken, like how far we have prepared on goods and products to be compared with others’? How many people now have an awareness to love buying local food? How many people now have a realization on building Indonesian economics?

Economic integration through trade and investment has been a major driving force for ASEAN’s growth and economic development. This increase in economic interdependence were market driven, taking place without any formal framework of economic cooperation (Salazar & Das 2007:1). Economic integration is now seen as a driver to raise ASEAN’s competitiveness and resilience to external shocks. That is why those who is not ready will get themselves left behind in the area of free trade. Thailand have really prepared Itself to create an environment which really supports the AEC and AFTA 2015. Best universities in Thailand have almost part of room a note, “Speak English please!”, “Are you ready for AEC 2015?” That’s just simple ways that can be easily done to encourage people to raise up their readiness to face the ASEAN global movement. Singapore with Its preparation in Industrial and management system will also become our boomerang if we don’t get a move. Moreover, China, dramatically increase Its economic strength, got Itself to take a faster step to cover world’s economic. It’s now become a hot topic that China someway near to now will cover world economic. So, the question of what’s now to do as an Indonesian, should be asked and be a theme to think and to discuss among us.

People will get easily moving from one country to another country. People will compete to make a product of high quality but low in price. People will be sitting one and aside although they are having different nationality. people will make an enhanced technology and e-ASEAN communication to be the basic of business. Everything will be like free-sharing place. Now we have to be ready for what should we contribute as Indonesian young generations. Now let’s ask ourselves now, “Have we prepared the AEC and AFTA 2015? Have we encouraged people to be a global-minded person, to be ready for the nationals compilation in years ahead?
